When ordering items from Hillden Hair and Beauty you accept to our shipping policy. The address provided is where the order will be sent to. Any mistakes made to the address cannot be changed after the confirmation email have been received. Therefore, we are unable to issue a refund as Hillden Hair and Beauty cannot be held responsible for such mistakes.
Please note, make sure you read information, description and ingredients carefully on all products especially hair care products for health and safety reasons.
Return and Refund
We do not offer a refund for any lost packages as we are not responsible for postage issues. Returns are available within 14 days after purchase and only on damaged items. No refund is available expect product is damaged upon arrival however we offer exchange on our products. Please note for exchanged, item must be returned in good condition and packaging must remain unopened. Please contact us before asking for a refund or return.
However we can offer exchanged if the products is damaged or packaging is incorrect when shipped to you within 14 days after purchased. Please email us before asking for exchange at contacthilldenehairandbeauty@gmail.com, once product is received back, we will inspect product and make a decision as to whether or not you are entitled for exchange or not. Before requesting for exchange and when sending back the product please make sure the items is not damaged, unopened and in the same condition as we sent it to you.
Exchanged
Exchange can be applied for the same product or similar items on our website, if that product is not available on the website at that present moment you will have to wait within reasonable time frame and we will notify you when product is back in stock on the website. Online exchange policy does not apply to in store policy, please check with us before requesting for exchange.
Contact us first before making a request for exchange, we will only acknowledge your request once product is received, reviewed and fit for purpose. Exchange needs to be made within 14 days after purchased and keep record to show proof of purchase.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is an affordable option for customers who don’t mind a small wait. This does not include a tracking number. All orders will be ship within 3-5 business days after purchase within the UK. We are currently not doing international shipping to other countries however we will in the near future. Please note this terms only apply to shopping on our website.

Costs of shipping will vary depending on the item purchased. Please note that business days do not includes weekends or public holidays. You will find out the cost of shipping at the end when making your order. We also offer local pick up if you are nearby Romford area.

Standard UK: 3-5 business days however due to covid expect slight delay for delivery to arrive. Contact us if you have longer wait to receive your product.
Due to issues with the COVID-19 outbreak, our processing time & SHIPPING TIME MAY BE A BIT SLOWER and can take more than 5 days before you receive your order. This can be anywhere from a few days to a month. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused, however we will do our best to deliver your product as soon as we can.
